Docora
Quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices — a PDF in seconds
Most small businesses still produce a quote or an invoice by copying a Word or Excel template: customer details retyped each time, total formulas maintained by hand, document numbers tracked in someone’s head. Docora takes your customer and product records once instead; after that it is one screen — pick the customer, pick the lines, share the PDF.
The app works fully without an account and without a connection; your records live in a database on your phone. If you want to, you enter a server address and connect an account — that is how you get a backup, a second device and colleagues. If you never enter one, nothing leaves the device.
Docora is not an e-invoicing integration; the PDF it produces does not substitute for a legally issued e-invoice where one is required.

Customers and price list
Customers, products and services entered once; grouped, with group pricing and campaigns. Search works on a document number, a customer’s name, or something that was on the document.
Numbering, tax and currency
A prefix, date part, digit count and reset period per document type. A setting that would let the same number come round again is not saved — the app tells you before it happens.
Document design
Duplicate the built-in design, adjust it, add your logo. The preview uses the same renderer as the PDF, so what you see is what prints.
Payment tracking
Record payments against an invoice; the outstanding amount and the status are worked out for you. Overdue, unpaid and draft documents are one tap away.
In and out of Excel
Bring your customers and price list in from a CSV. Two exports go out: a sales ledger for your accountant, with base and tax kept apart by rate, and a document listing for your own records.
